Paccherucci Rigati

 

Bronze drawn, slow drying at low temperature.

These are a cross between commonly found  Rigatoni and Paccheri pasta. Their shape is ideal for rich sauces, but they can also be eaten simply by adding extra virgin olive oil and a sprinkling of grated parmigiano cheese.
