Spaghetti

 

Bronze drawn, slow drying at low temperature.

Spaghetti “ad archetto” is the pasta that best represents Italy. Long, sinuous and round in section. They slid into their mouths almost animated by their own life. We chose a thickness of 7 and a desired roughness that enhances the craftsmanship.
